Meridian International Center Exhibition

Currently on exhibit in Washington DC with the Meridian International Center: Four paintings from Lebanon A to Z: A Middle Eastern Mosaic will tour museums across America in an exhibition entitled "This is Our Land: Discovering America and the World Through Origianl Illustrations from Children's Books."

Planet Discovery Exhibition

More than 1000 children from schools across Lebanon visited the Beirut Children's Museum, Planet Discovery, during the months of February and March, 2006.

The children viewed the complete collection of original artwork form the book, enhanced by an educational activity guide reinforcing the concepts of history, culture and artistic appreciation.  Their tour ended with the opportunity for each child to vote for their favorite painting, and participate in creating a wall-sized mosaic map of Lebanon. These activities highlight the importance of respect, tolerance and civic responsiblity.
